STEP1:

STEP 2:

FULL BODY FAT COMPOSITION ANALYSIS


We perform a full body composition analysis. Body composition analysis is a physical test that measures the proportion of the various components of a person’s body. The human body is comprised of water, protein, fat, and minerals — but for most purposes, it is the level of fat compared to lean mass that is of interest.

This determines your current level of body fat, muscle mass and water content and sets targets to achieve that can be monitored with each treatment.

 

STEP 3:
ILIPO & OPTIONAL CELLULITE TREATMENT

The i-Lipo treatments are zone specific, directly targeting a particular area of the body during the prescribed sessions. Common areas include the love handles, abs, thighs, stomach, buttocks and even the chin. A typical i-lipo treatment will involve the positioning of up to 8 treatment pads containing the laser diodes over the intended treatment zone. These pads are held in direct contact with the skin with elastic straps. Two further laser probes are also then secured onto the region of the lymphatic nodes closest to the treatment area. Once in place the client can relax. The treatment is relaxing and pain free and a typical client can expect to reduce an area by 1-2 dress sizes during a course of treatments.

Each treatment is approximately 10 minutes and results may be seen in just one visit, however, eight-ten sessions are recommended over the course of four weeks for optimal results.

While a quick fix can be obtained in just a few sessions, 8 sessions are highly recommended with adjustments to diet and exercise regime will ensure a long term result.

 

STEP 4:
30 MINUTE WORKOUT

A period of exercise post treatment will ensure the complete metabolism and thus elimination of the freed fatty acids from the body.

ILipo laser treatment releases the equivalent of approximately 500 calories so your exercise programme will be designed to burn off the released fat quickly for immediate results. Cardio vascular exercises recommended such as treadmill, cycling, swimming and cross trainer. Fat burning can continue for up to 48 hours post exercise.

With normal exercise on its own it can take 20 minutes before you begin to burn fat. With our approach using laser treatment you begin to burn fat straight away so your 30 minute session will be the equivalent of many hours of exercise.
